Who we are
FutureWorks (“we,” “us”) operates this marketing website from Detroit, Michigan, United States. Contact: hello@futureworks.center.
What we collect
Through the partner/contact form, we collect the fields you submit: name, email, organization, interest, and message. We use that information to respond to partnership inquiries.
When the form posts to our site API, we also store a hashed IP address (ipHash) and the browser user-agent string for security and abuse prevention (for example, rate limiting). Standard server logs needed to run the site may include technical request data such as timestamps and request paths.
This public site does not set advertising cookies. A Plausible Analytics snippet exists in our source as a commented-out stub and is not enabled; we do not currently run analytics. If we enable analytics or advertising cookies later, we will update this policy.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party font delivery service. Your browser may request those font files from Google’s servers when you visit pages that use them.
Why we collect it
We collect partner-form information to respond to partnership and related inquiries and to keep reasonable business records of those conversations. We process ipHash, user-agent, and server log data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and form intake.
How we store and process information
The marketing site, API, and Postgres database are hosted and processed on Railway (and related cloud infrastructure used to run those services). Authorized FutureWorks operators can access partner submissions and published CMS content through our admin tools. Admin API authentication uses HttpOnly session cookies on the admin API only; those cookies are not used for the public marketing pages or the public partner form.
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers only as needed to operate the site (for example, Railway hosting, database, and related infrastructure, and Google Fonts for font delivery). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep inquiry data as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. To request deletion or access, email hello@futureworks.center.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this contact-form site, including hashed IP storage for abuse prevention and restricted operator access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through the partner form by emailing hello@futureworks.center. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live (including California and certain other U.S. states), you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to know what we collect or request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To exercise applicable rights, contact us at the email above. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact hello@futureworks.center and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
